We know that once again, EX4 will film in Bulgaria, at Nu Boyana Studios. This is a promotional video made about the studios, and has a lot of EX3 clips and quick interviews on set. Interesting how Sly absolutely loves working in Bulgaria (as he claims in this video), but recently just complained how he is sick of filming there.
I don't think location alone is main issue but the overall direction the franchise was taking
