Maybe some bad news folks? According to Poirier, his script of The Expendables, first slotted in as the original sequel EX4, then bumped to create room for Statham’s Expendables (now titled EX4), might be dead now. That is if Sly has indeed exited the franchise. That tells me that his script had Sly written all over it!
Sly made it clear he was not done in the Expendables series.
ReplyDeleteHope above all. Avi Lerner said he would do up to 5 if possible. But he didn't say anything about relying on a specific screenwriter. Poirier or no, at least let's hope for a 5.
ReplyDeleteHe'll do ExpendaBelles next. The 4th movie is to introduce the female expendables who will then show up in the next movie dedicated to an exclusive female team

DeleteI honestly don't want to see ExpendaBelles. The Expendables need a bigger movie to excuse 3 and 4 (because of the cast).
