Production should be moving to Greece any time soon based on earlier reports published by the Greek Media. There's a post from Johnny Tang on IG with a picture of the Bulgarian-Greek border, probably a sign that players are getting ready to film in Greece now? Driving distance from Sofia, Bulgaria where the crew is currently filming to Thermi, Greece where production will continue in the infamous ship is less than 4 hours. The cast should mostly likely take ground transportation.
